Shipping News, the

Baader Meinhof Complex, The (2008) IMDB rating: 7.40 Plot: Germany in the 1970s: Murderous bomb attacks, the threat of terrorism and the fear of the enemy inside are rocking the very foundations of the yet fragile German democracy. Lookout, The (2007) IMDB rating: 7.40 Plot: An admired high school hockey player (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) with a bright future foolishly takes a drive in the night with his girl friend and two other friends with his headlights off with devastating results. The former athlete is left with a brain injury that prevents him from remembering many things for extended periods of time. To compensate, he keeps notes in a small notebook to aid him in remembering what he is to do. He also lives with a blind friend (Jeff Daniels) who aids him. Obviously, with the mental incapacitation, he is unable to have meaningful work. Thus he works as a night cleaning man in a bank. It is there he comes under the scrutiny of a gang planning to rob the bank. The leader (Matthew Goode) befriends him and gets him involved with a young woman (Isla Fisher) who further reels him in. After they get close and after reeling him in with his own failures, the bank plan unfolds. Confused but wanting to escape his current existence, he initially goes along with the scheme. After realizing he is being used, he attempts to stop the robbery, which of course immediately goes awry. Bruce McGill and Alberta Watson also co-star as the young man’s parents, who still search for the person that was there before the tragic crash.

surely he wouldn’t refuse,and it wouldn’t take that long to get some clips so schedule conflict should be out. maybe he wasn’t because technically he isn’t superman yet.

Does anybody have any ideas for my sculpture project?
I am making a sculpture that is made by taking a flat piece of card board, cutting out shapes, and laying the shape down and cutting out a shape either smaller or larger, but a similar shape and gluing it flat on top of that. then you repeat the process over and over again until you have something that looks like layered cake from the front where all you can see is the zig-zag of the corrugation. maybe this can help ( http://work.nicksoni.com/media/690/chair _1_1.jpg ) sorry for the run-on sentence

There are a few things you can do. I am 47 and I am in better shape then some guys who are 1/2 my age.
And one of the reasons is I exercise at least 2 times each week. Secondly,
if you are drinking beer and soda, you WILL NOT lose that stomach!
Try drinking more water when you are thirsty. And lastly, do not eat after a certain point in the evening
